Seats are reserved with the exception of student matinees and performances noted as general admission. Lobby doors open one hour prior to the announced time of each performance. Theatre doors open 30 minutes prior to curtain.  Latecomers will be seated at the discretion of the management.

The Opera House does not make refunds.

IN PERSON

Tickets may be purchased at the Opera House during regular Box Office hours. We accept cash, local checks, travelers checks and VISA , Discover, and MasterCard.

BY PHONE

Telephone orders are accepted with credit card payment (Visa or MasterCard) at 716-683-1776. Please have your credit card number with expiration date ready. Tickets will be held at the Box Office.

BY FAX

Fax orders are accepted 24 hours a day with credit card payment (Visa or MasterCard) at 716-683-8220. Please be sure to include credit card number, expiration date, name, telephone number, performance date and return fax number. Tickets will be held at the box office.

BY MAIL

All mail orders must include a daytime phone number and the performance date. Use the convenient order form on page 26 and send a local check, money order or credit card info. Payments from Canada must be in U.S. Funds.

Tickets will be mailed only if you pay a $1 handling fee or enclose a self-addressed, stamped envelope. Otherwise they will be held in your name at the Box Office located on 2nd floor front lobby of Lancaster Town Hall. Telephone: 716-683-1776

TICKET PRICES

Ticket prices are given with the listing for each production.  Senior Citizen discount applies to age 62 and over. Student discount applies to students ages 13-22 with valid ID. Child discount applies to ages 12 and under.  Everyone, regardless of age, must have a ticket.

* On shows without child price listed, student price applies.

EXCHANGES

You may exchange your tickets by mail or in person up until 48 hours before curtain time.  There is a $3.00 fee per ticket to process exchanges. Original tickets purchased must be received to process exchange. Exchange of series tickets must be made within the same category. Discounted or complimentary tickets may not be exchanged. The Opera House does not make refunds.

GROUP SALES

• 10% discount for groups of 30 or more people - adults or seniors/students only.

• Advanced purchase only.  Every effort will be made to seat group members together.

• A 30% non-refundable deposit is required with your reservation.  Balance is due one month prior to performance date.

• Not valid on child ticket, family, student matinee or mid-day matinee.
